Garlic-Lime Shrimp


  • 1 TBSP coconut oil, melted
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 TSP sea salt
  • 1/4 TSP black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime


  1. Combine coconut oil and shrimp into a small bowl. Add sea salt, black pepper, garlic and lime and toss to thoroughly mix.
  2. Sautee shrimp over medium-high heat for approximately 2 minutes on each side until pink.
  3. Serve immediately.
