Shrimp is one of those foods that you may be a little leery to cook. You don’t want to waste the cost of the shrimp in case something goes wrong while you cook them, but you also can’t wait to eat them. No fear! Shrimp are really easy to cook and taste delicious!

- Total Time: 10 minutes
- Yield: 4 1x
- 1 TBSP coconut oil, melted
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 TSP sea salt
- 1/4 TSP black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Combine coconut oil and shrimp into a small bowl. Add sea salt, black pepper, garlic and lime and toss to thoroughly mix.
- Sautee shrimp over medium-high heat for approximately 2 minutes on each side until pink.
- Serve immediately.
