- 1/3 cup Pineapple Tidbits (we use frozen from Trader Joe’s)
- 1/3 cup Mango Chunks (we use frozen from Trader Joe’s)
- 1/2 Banana (frozen)
- 3/4 – 1 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 scoop stevia extract
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together & enjoy! We use a Vitamix.
