- 1 cup organic steel cut oats
- 1 cup pumpkin (only ingredient should be pumpkin)
- 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1–2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1–2 tsp Stevia
- 1/4 cup pecans or walnuts, optional
Instructions
- Spray your crock pot with non-stick spray or coconut oil
- Put all the ingredients into your slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours
- Stir a few times and serve
