You know that we love avocado (have you tried our Arugula Chicken Burgers?) so we wanted to bring you this quick and easy snack recipe full of healthy fat!
- Sea Salt
- Minced Onion
- Granulated Garlic
- Optional Ingredients: Red Pepper Flakes, Cilantro, Salsa, Ground Coriander
1. Slice an avocado in half and scoop out the fruit
2. Cut each half into 1/2″ strips
3. Sprinkle sea salt, a dash of Tabasco (or your favorite hot sauce), minced onion/onion powder, and granulated garlic over both halves
Makes 2 Servings. Serving Size = 1/2 (roughly 100 g)
