Craving fudge? Love gingerbread? Give this recipe a try! It doesn’t get quite as firm as the regular fudge that we are all used to but it is still delicious! It’s also the perfect serving size for two people!

Healthy Gingerbread Fudge

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • Unsweetened vanilla almond milk, to desired consistency

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Line bottom of the pan with parchment paper (we used a Pyrex dish). Pour batter into the pan.
  3. Place in freezer until fudge is desired consistency.
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
