Ingredients

- 1 cup gluten free quick cooking oats
- 1/3 cup gluten free oat flour
- 3/4 cup liquid egg whites (or 4 egg whites)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (avoid HFCS)
- 1/3 cup Stevia in the Raw
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together except fruit.
- Mash banana and add to mixture. Add frozen blueberries. Stir to combine.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 12 minutes
