Three Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 14-oz can organic chickpeas/garbanzo beans
  • 1 14-oz can organic red beans
  • 1 14-oz can organic black beans
  • 1/2 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, stirring thoroughly to evenly distribute spices.
  2. Let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
