CHOCOLATE PROTEIN MILKSHAKE
I’ve been so busy and stressed lately (my dad is leaving for the Appalachian Trail, studying for my personal training exam, stress from being really busy at work, and the list goes on and on…) that I have been experimenting more with protein shakes…so, that means….here is another shake recipe for you! It is similar to our Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake but with a slightly different taste…I think it takes like a milkshake! Try it out!

Chocolate Protein Milkshake
- Total Time: 2 minutes
- Yield: 1 1x
- 2 oz liquid egg whites (pasteurized)
- 4–6 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- Stevia, to taste
- A few ice cubes
Blend all ingredients together & enjoy! We use a Vitamix.

How much protein is in the shake if I omit the protein powder

Not much, the only protein would come from the 2 oz of egg whites, I would guess maybe 8 grams of protein. It would not taste good so we do not recommend it.
