First of all, let me say that I LOVE eggs. I eat them all different ways (my favorite is boiled) but over the course of coaching and one of my friends texting me and asking, “I’m struggling to come up with protein sources for breakfast. I don’t like eggs…trust me – I have even tried holding my nose and chugging the eggs. This could even be a good post”. So, the item was formed to help all you non-egg eaters out there!
NON-EGG BREAKFAST IDEAS
- Protein Shake
- Protein Pancakes
- Protein Bars
- Greek Yogurt
- Cottage Cheese
- Quinoa
You don’t have to eat “breakfast food” for breakfast! You can have chicken or fish although most people won’t eat that in the morning! To trick yourself think of it as “Meal #1” instead of “Breakfast”!
