Blueberry Crumb Cake Muffins


Blueberry Crumb Cake Muffins are a dessert and/or breakfast recipe that everyone in your family will eat! This recipe is phenomenal and is gluten-free and clean eating approved. You have to try it!


  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 small banana, peeled
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 TBSP pure vanilla extract
  • 1 TBSP pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup gluten-free oat flour
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup Stevia in the Raw
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries


  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Using a large food processor or blender, puree applesauce and banana until smooth
  3. Add eggs and process for approximately 45 seconds
  4. Add remaining wet ingredients and mix
  5. Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
  6. Remove the blade from the food processor and fold blueberries into the batter mixture
  7. Add to a muffin tin and bake for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown
