Buddy the Elf Workout
- Whenever you hear “Buddy” or “Elf”: hold a plank for 30 seconds
- Each time Buddy eats something he shouldn’t: 20 jump squats
- Each time the Naughty or Nice list is mentioned: 15 burpees
- Each time Buddy screams for Santa: 20 pushups
- When Buddy sings: alternate 30 seconds of high knees & 30 seconds of jumping jacks for the duration of the song
- When Buddy breaks something: 30 plie squats
- When you hear the words “Christmas Spirit”: 30 triceps dips
