I feel like a broken record saying this but this past year has been so crazy for us...some good but mostly bad, to be honest. We had quite a bit of bad things happen including my aunt passing away (who I was extremely close with), we moved this year and had to live with family for five weeks in between houses, we also turned down a job offer in Montana, and some other personal things. We have also traveled quite a bit since last summer. Needless to say, I haven't been feeling my very best and can't wait to get back into a routine. We've been making healthy choices and working out but haven't been following any specific plan. I haven't ever been more excited to start a workout plan! Long story short, in order to keep myself on track I wanted to start a challenge and decided to invite you too!

It's simple to enter:

  • Purchase your workout plan (you can use the 12-Week Transformation or the 12-Week Run Builder). You must have your own copy. It is illegal to distribute copies of this workout.
  • Before starting, take your "before" pictures with some sort of time stamp (using the time stamp on a camera or a newspaper). Make sure your pictures are clear. You can wear what you prefer but make sure it is something where you can tell your progress throughout the challenge period. Take pictures from the front, side, and back. Stand using good posture.
  • Complete the workout plan that you choose.
  • Take "after" pictures in the same manner that you did your "before" pictures.
  • Email your before and after pictures (together) to thegang@heandsheeatclean.com.

BEFORE PICTURES MUST BE TAKEN BY OCTOBER 16, 2017. AFTER PICTURES ARE DUE BY JANUARY 1, 2018.
