You know we love challenges around here! We publish at least one new challenge a month to go along with our workout plans (currently the 31-Day One Mile Challenge), plus we usually start a transformation challenge once a quarter (our current one is the Sweat It Off In 12 Weeks Transformation Challenge). There’s no denying the fact that challenges tend to motivate most people to make a change in the right direction. That's why when BackJoy reached out to us about their 10-Day Employee Wellbeing Challenge we were immediately interested. 

When I, Whitney, worked in an office environment I would make sure to get up and walk around for a few minutes each hour or at least stand up at my desk. I would also get up to get something off the printer, throw trash away, etc each time I needed to instead of letting it pile up. Small changes (and in this case, small steps) really add up! Now that I work from home I have a sit/stand desk and love it! I use it for about half the day and sit the rest of the day. Scott was also very interested in this challenge because his company really places emphasis on wellbeing with their own wellness challenges a few times per year.

The 10-Day Challenge sends participants one email per day with tips and valuable resources on how to improve his or her health at the office. Free resources include 3 must-do stretches, 5 exercises to prevent back pain, how to setup an ergonomic workstation and much, much more! Participants can also download helpful guides, videos and resources in addition to the tips they will receive each day to help them on their journey to health. Even if you don't work in an office environment, you will find these tips very helpful!
