These Birthday Cake Overnight Oats taste just like cake batter and all you have to do is toss everything in a slow cooker!
Ingredients

- 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Vanilla Cake Mix
- 2 cups steel-cut oats
- 1 scoop (approx 10 grams) collagen peptides
- 8 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or 4 cups unsweetened almond milk and 4 cups of water)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Sprinkles, optional
Instructions
- Lightly grease your crockpot with coconut oil, butter, or cooking spray
- Add all ingredients to the crockpot and stir together so that there are no clumps of cake mix
- Cook on low for 8 hours
- Once cooked, stir again to combine and top with sprinkles if desired
