Description
Make this Basil Vinaigrette so that you know exactly what’s in your salad dressing. It’s healthier than store-bought and even more delicious!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- juice from 1/2 a lemon
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 a shallot, minced (equals about 2 TBSP)
- 3 TBSP avocado oil or EVOO
- 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- few dashes of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Blend until combined/pureed.
- Serve cold. Keep refrigerated.
