Description

Make this Basil Vinaigrette so that you know exactly what's in your salad dressing. It's healthier than store-bought and even more delicious!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 a shallot, minced (equals about 2 TBSP)
  • 3 TBSP avocado oil or EVOO
  • 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • few dashes of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Blend until combined/pureed.
  2. Serve cold. Keep refrigerated.
