Try this Anemia-Fighting Green Smoothie for fatigue, depression, anxiety, and/or to relieve stress. It’s high in vitamin C and simple to make.
Ingredients

- 1/2 a kiwi, peeled
- 1/2 cup of green grapes
- 2 cups of fresh baby power greens (spinach, kale, etc)
- 1 lemon wedge, peeled
- 1 cup of cold water
- 1 handful of ice
- Stevia or sweetener of your choice (optional)
Instructions
- Peel the lemon wedge and remove the seeds, then peel half a kiwi. Place the kiwi and lemon in a blender (we use a Vitamix)
- Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth
