STABILITY BALL ROLL-INS
- Place your lower shins on an exercise ball keeping your arms straight out in front (you might need to “walk” your hands into this position).
- Keep your back as straight as possible and pull the exercise ball in using your core. Keep your upper body stationary.
- Hold for a few seconds and slowly roll the ball back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the prescribed amount of repetitions.
You will probably look like this after – exhausted!
