Take your workout with you to the beach with these Exercises Perfect for a Beach Workout!
EXERCISES PERFECT FOR A BEACH WORKOUT
While these exercises can be done anywhere they are perfect for beach workouts because they require NO equipment. You’ll see that we did some of them using a paddleboard but you could use a towel or just get your hands sandy and sweat it out with literally no equipment!
We’ve grouped these as lower body and upper body/core. You can do them in the order we have listed or do one lower body then one upper body as you work your way through the workout. We suggest completing these exercises in a circuit style, doing 12-15 reps, for as many rounds as you have time for! Make your workout fit your vacation schedule.
