Wait…you mean you don’t love burpees? 😉 It’s everyone’s favorite exercise to love to hate! Love em or hate em, try this 30-Day Burpee Challenge. It was made for all fitness levels and can be adjusted based on your needs. Too hard? Scale it back and only do half. Too easy? Double it.
