Our workout plans lay out which exercises you should do, including sets and reps along with recommended intensity levels. The workout plans also include HIIT routines, training logs, our popular grocery lists, a sample daily meal timing schedule and tips for what to eat before and after a workout - all for less than the cost of ONE personal training session! You will also have access to a Facebook support group with hundreds of women supporting each other.

How to Enter:
- Purchase either of our 12-Week Programs (The She Sweats 12-Week Run Builder or She Sweats 12-Week Transformation - see below). Our Go Clean Bundles count too - they give you the workout plan AND our eBooks! We HIGHLY recommend the home and gym bundle if your fall is busy and you can't always make it to the gym. The gym plan and home plan are interchangeable.
- Fill out the form below.
- Before starting, take your "before" pictures with some sort of time-stamp (using the time stamp on a camera or a newspaper). Before pictures must be taken by September 30, 2016. DEADLINE FOR BEFORE PICTURES HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL OCT 7. Make sure your pictures are clear. You can wear what you prefer but make sure it is something where you can tell your progress throughout the challenge period. Take pictures from the front, side, and back. Stand using good posture. You can also note your weight and measurements/size at this time.
- Complete the workout plan that you choose.
- Take "after" pictures in the same manner that you did your "before" pictures. After pictures must be taken by December 31, 2016.
- Email your before and after pictures (together) to email@example.com.
- Before pictures must be taken by September 30, 2016 (EXTENDED UNTIL OCT 7). After pictures must be submitted by December 31, 2016. Photos should include a clear front, side, and rear shot. Please time-stamp these photos or use a newspaper to verify the date.
- If you are interested in getting a group together (friends, family, co-workers) to complete the challenge please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a possible group discount!

- You MUST have your own copy of the workout plan. It is illegal to distribute copies of the plan.
- You can still participate if you previously purchased the plan. Don't forget to take your "before" pictures and fill out the form below.
