Fall Workout Challenge!

It's hard to believe it's already September! Since schools are starting back and routines are starting again it's a good time to think about your health and fitness goals for the rest of the year. When others are in a resolution rush you could already be well on your way to accomplishing your goals!

We have the plans that will help you stay on track and make progress over the holidays instead of falling into bad habits. We certainly think that you can enjoy all of the holidays coming up but you also need to keep your health and fitness a top priority. Working out is a great stress reliever and should help you cope throughout this rushed season!

Our 12-Week Summer Challenge just ended and I can't wait to release their before and after pictures! Just like they did, 3 months from now you will thank yourself!

Not only will you accomplish the goal of a more healthy and energetic YOU but you could also win a prize pack valued over $200!

It's simple to enter:

  1. Choose and purchase your workout plan (you can use either the 12-Week Transformation or the 12-Week Run Builder). You must have your own copy. It is illegal to distribute copies of this workout.
  2. Before starting, take your "before" pictures with some sort of time stamp (using the time stamp on a camera or a newspaper). Make sure your pictures are clear. You can wear what you prefer but make sure it is something where you can tell your progress throughout the challenge period. Take pictures from the front, side, and back. Stand using good posture.
  3. Complete the 12-Week Workout Plan that you choose.
  4. Take "after" pictures in the same manner that you did your "before" pictures.
  5. Email your before and after pictures to thegang@heandsheeatclean.com.

Before pictures must be taken by October 19, 2015 (extended from October 5). After pictures are due by December 31, 2015.
