Nadine Carter!

This is what Nadine had to say: "I am a mountain-dwelling momma of 3 little boys (ages 5, 4 and 2.5). I have been married to my super awesome husband for nearly 9 years. My motivation came from not only wanting to be strong and healthy for my boys and sexy for my husband but also for me. My dad died of a heart attack in the fall of 2013 at the age of 61 after suffering with heart disease for the previous 15 years. He was only 46 when he had his first heart attack. I knew I had to make changes in my own life. So I started for my 30th birthday (November 22) and the challenge started right before then. I spent my birthday money normally used for splurges and found weights at a second hand sporting gear store and a weight bench on Facebook. It was easier and harder than I expected. I slept better and had more energy. I felt less guilty for eating a small chocolate because I was working out. I can tell that I am so much stronger. I was able to help my husband carry a heavy dresser into the house without straining and huffing and puffing. I didn't lose a single pound which I found to be frustrating until I took pictures and I can see the difference. I lost about 10 inches total and dropped 2 sizes!! I have also found that I feel more peaceful about my future. My genes don't lock me in to a certain future because I can take control of how I eat and train my body to be healthier."

What's even more inspiring is that she accomplished this AT-HOME!  It's hard for some people to find the motivation they need to change at home but she did it and look at the difference in her mid-section!  Great job Nadine!
