 - Experiment with adding additional cinnamon or even nutmeg to the recipe. Choose different fruit toppings to complement the spices you use.

- Try adding chopped pecans or walnuts to these Pumpkin Protein Cookies for an extra special treat to the already WONDERFUL originals! 

Guilt-Free Oatmeal Cinnamon Raisin Cookies
