Now we can introduce one of our new favorite protein shakes – the Apple Cinnamon Protein Shake {thank you to my friend, Kendra, for sharing this recipe with us}!

Ingredients

- 2 oz liquid egg whites (pasteurized)
- 4–6 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Stevia, to taste
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy! We use a Vitamix.
