  2. I make my own, gf variation of this all the time!

    1 banana
    2 eggs
1 heaping spoon of garbanzo bean flour
    sprinkle of cinnamon

I usually top this with natural peanut butter - or, for a real treat, unsweetened applesauce, warmed just a bit, sprinkled with chopped nuts (whatever I have on hand)!

  5. I use a recipe very similar to this! Sometimes I will even add a scoop of protein in the place of some of the flour. Great informational post.

  6. I make several batches at a time and then freeze so I don't have to think about it in the morning.

    Recipe:
    1/2 Cup Oats (150 cals)
    3 or 4 egg Whites (17 cal per egg white)(68 for 4)
    Cinnamon (o cals)
whatever extract vanilla, Almond, or Coconut (0 cals)
Mix in little blender, cook and serve...If you wanted to you could even ad Ground Flax or Chia Seeds then add in those cals if waning to add these

then 1 cup of strawberries cooked down in microwave that's my syrup (lol)

    LOVE'M

    1. How do you reheat them? A toaster or a microwave? It's kind of like the healthy version of eggos. :P

  10. I made 3/4 of this recipe the other morning!
I added a little unsweetened almond milk to make it thinner & cinnamon too!
Heated up frozen bluberries for a topping and put stevia and cinnamon on top.
    DELICIOUS!
