In honor of The Biggest Loser returning, we wanted to tell you about one of their awesome workout DVDs. This is a great option for an at-home workout! Scott got me this video when I was too shy to go to the gym but I still love to do it on days when I want to workout but don't or can't get to the gym!
The Biggest Loser: The Workout - Boot Camp
DVD is 55 minutes (including a 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down) long so it is a GREAT workout! What is even better is you do it in your own home and you do not have to drive to and from the gym (get caught up chatting with people, etc) so you can literally be done with your workout in less than 1 hour and actually be working out the whole time! Plus, all of your favorite past contestants are working out with you!
Like I mentioned, the DVD is 55 minutes long but it is broken into 3 levels so if you don't have that much time just choose a level and start moving! One of my favorite things is that it isn't just cardio - weights are actually incorporated into the workouts as well.
I still do this workout and end up dripping with sweat each time!
Speaking of Biggest Loser, have you tried Jillian Michaels: Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism
workout DVD yet? It's pretty amazing too - you can read our review here! We are so glad that Jillian is back!
Try it out & let us know what you think!
P.S. It's only $6.71 on Amazon
right now!

This looks great! I'll be getting it today! It's been soo cold here in Missouri so getting to the gym has really been an uphill climb this week. We did our workouts at home with the 30 day shred from Jillian Michaels just to get our exercise in!
ReplyDeletei going to have to try this.. i have the at home challenge dvd its pretty good.
ReplyDeleteYou can get the whole Banish Fat Boost Metabolism workout on YouTube!

Sometimes Jillian is tougher than others. Her abs and legs/butt ones are more difficult than the Shred.
How many calories do you think you burn on this video??
