The Biggest Loser: The Workout - Boot Camp DVD is 55 minutes (including a 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down) long so it is a GREAT workout! What is even better is you do it in your own home and you do not have to drive to and from the gym (get caught up chatting with people, etc) so you can literally be done with your workout in less than 1 hour and actually be working out the whole time! Plus, all of your favorite past contestants are working out with you!
Like I mentioned, the DVD is 55 minutes long but it is broken into 3 levels so if you don't have that much time just choose a level and start moving! One of my favorite things is that it isn't just cardio - weights are actually incorporated into the workouts as well.
I still do this workout and end up dripping with sweat each time!
