We talk and tell you quite a lot about eating healthy and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through eating clean. (And I am glad we do that! We all need to hear it - it only makes us better!) But, today for Motivational Monday, I wanted to charge you with a new type of motivation - POSITIVE thinking and POSITIVE body image! We can get down on ourselves SOOOO much when we compare ourselves to others or we get wrapped up in looking like a supermodel.
So let's MOTIVATE today by being excited about WHO we are and WHAT we can do for ourselves and for others today! Be CONFIDENT - it will put you in a better mood and motivate you to press on this week!
