Hello Everyone! Today's Motivational Monday will be short in words (my words) but I hope you get out of these pictures what you need to power through your workout today! Maybe even the HIIT routine we posted yesterday!
Thanks for the encouragement. My husband and I have recently started a diet that is a mixture of clean eating with a more Paleo focus, your blog has been so encouraging to us!
What's one simple way to start with the eating clean part? I think if I can make small changes at first, it will help get hubs on board. I just need a starting point!
Honestly, I would suggest just jumping into it! Tell the Hubs that you are trying out new recipes. Find ones you like and just start only making those!
yes i agree ^ i am new to the site and i have read just about every article of your tips and i am so grateful for stumbling across your website, but i also need a starting point and maybe the first one or two baking items i absolutely need first (cant buy all baking items at once will have to add on as i go such as the cornmeal, flour, perfect brownsugar blend, etc that you suggest)
Ashley, as I suggested to Mr and Mrs M (above), I would start trying out new recipes, find the ones you like and only make those (with some new clean recipes scattered in). As far as the baking items, try picking out two recipes and get the ingredients for those - try that each week if you can.
and also.. what is the shelf life of the baking items? do they expire sooner? i would hate to order a bunch of the amazon items in bulk and have them ezpire before i use most of it

ReplyDeleteIt depends on the item, but for the most part as long as they are sealed and kept out of extreme heat they will last at least 6 months.
