Hello Ladies and Gentleman!!
It's that time again. When Thursday rolls around for the He&She crew, it means only one thing - Triumphant Thursday!! Let's get our brag on - tell us what you are proud of this week! A new job? Drinking all your water? Those pushups or pullups you pounded out in the gym? We WANT to hear about it. SO TELL US!!
Here's what you told us last week:
Let's get this party started people! Leave us a comment with your "proud" moment of the week!
- Tiffany and Whitney

Completed Phase 1 of Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer losing 3lbs and 1.1% Body Fat. I'm excited to see what happens in Phase 2!!
ReplyDeleteWay to go!! We can't wait to hear (and see) your results too! Would love it if you would send us before/after shots!
DeleteI am 1 lb. away from my wedding weight!
ReplyDeleteWay to go!! Are you getting married soon or is this from back when? Either way, it's awesome! So excited for you!
DeleteI KILLED it at kickboxing last night!!!
ReplyDeleteAwesome! Way to go!
DeleteMy wife and I have decided to hire a personal trainer to get us started on our road to a healthy life!!!
ReplyDeleteCongrats Rob! That is AWESOME! I have a trainer right now & LOVE it. You can always learn something new from everyone! Good luck!
DeleteI ran 4 miles on Monday night and semi-enjoyed it! I'm running another 3.5 tonight with some coworkers for the Chase Corporate Challenge and hope to semi-enjoy it as well.
ReplyDeleteThis is funny Liz! We don't really like cardio either! Great job on the run & for "semi" enjoying it! :-)
DeleteI am almost in my goal jeans!! :)
ReplyDeleteAwesome Danielle! Much better to have a goal "outfit" of some sort rather than a number on a scale. I have a feeling you will be in those jeans soon! Keep up the great work!
DeleteI cut down the rest times between my sets to ramp up the intensity of my workouts. I also tried to talk to more people at the gym - making friends instead of going through silently like a workout snob/zombie - definitely helps to get smiles and thumbs up. Finally, I accepted compliments without trying to belittle the work I've done. :)
ReplyDeleteHey Chelsie!!!! I recently realized that I was taking WAY too long rest periods as well. You can certainly tell the difference when you cut them down! I've also started to come out of my shell a little bit more at the gym! My husband used to tell me that everytime he would look at me at the gym I would have my head down. Opps! :-) Awesome job girl!
DeleteI lost 2 pounds (the most in a single week since I started my journey to health in January). I trained like a beast in the gym today. I can get my goal jeans (from college) on and zipped up but I'm still not quite ready to say they fit. There is some hefty muffin top to handle first. :)
ReplyDeleteKeep eating clean & working out & you will be in those jeans in no time! Congrats on training like a beast in the gym today! I did the same thing! Love it! :-)
DeleteI have eaten clean all week and worked out everyday on top of working full time and school! It's been hard but I am trying!!! I have also decided to NOT weigh myself everyday! Once a week from now on.
ReplyDeleteGreat Haley! You may even want to weigh every other week. It's all about body fat - don't get too hung up on weight - you will see results in your body possibly before you see them on the scale!
